These terms govern use of the Passova website and any Passova product made available for testing or general use.
Passova is a technology platform focused on digital identity, mobility information and partner-powered services. Passova is not currently a bank, payment institution, electronic-money institution, crypto exchange or custodian. Any regulated financial or digital-asset service will be provided by an identified authorised partner under that partner’s own terms and eligibility requirements.
Features may vary by user, location, device, pilot programme and partner approval. Descriptions of planned features do not guarantee availability. We may update, suspend or withdraw features where necessary.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account and device secure, avoid misuse of passes or verification tools, and comply with applicable law. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, impersonate another person or use Passova for fraudulent activity.
Passova may link to or integrate third-party services. Those providers may conduct their own identity, eligibility, risk or compliance checks. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices and availability rules.
Live travel and location information may be delayed, incomplete or affected by third-party data availability. Users should confirm critical journeys through official operator information.
Passova branding, interfaces, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Passova. They may not be copied, reverse engineered or commercially reused without permission. Passova is provided with reasonable care, but no digital service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
